Job Purpose:
- Accounting and monitoring of Intercompany transactions, accounting of investments and GL scrutiny.
- Providing details for statutory audit by coordinating with plants/sales locations/RDCs etc.
- Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Recovery from Group Companies
- Ensuring timely and accurate recovery of various expenses from International Subsidiaries
- Monitoring Related party transactions and ensuring that they are within the overall limits as approved by the Board
- Ensure timely collection of charges raised
- Reporting approval vs actuals on a monthly basis
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Work with IT in building the IT controls for complying with the provisions of Companies Act / Listing Agreement w.r.t. RPT 2. Investment Accounting
- Accounting of investments done, redemption of investments and dividend received on the investments done by the Company.
- Obtaining periodical confirmation from the Mutual Fund agencies and reconciling them with the books of accounts.
