Job Description:

Roles of Academic Associates:

1-Cultivate a deep understanding of international academic boards and develop academic content tailored to these standards.
2-Conduct online teaching and mentoring sessions with students via the Vidyalai ed-tech platform, helping them achieve their learning objectives (approximately 35 hours of classes per week).
3-While primarily a work-from-home position, you may be required to come to the office once or twice a week.
4-Classes will predominantly occur during two peak time slots (8 AM-10 AM and 4 PM-10:30 PM), with the possibility of classes during other time slots depending on student needs. If unassigned, you are free to utilize the time at your discretion, with reasonable notice provided before class assignments.

Skills:

1-A strong academic track record in your subject, including 10th, 12th, and college-level achievements.
2-A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students, coupled with a deep commitment to their success.
3-Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
4-Meticulous attention to detail.
5-A strong work ethic and a bias toward taking initiative.
6-Results-oriented and self-starter mindset
