Job Description:

• Thorough understanding client hiring needs / requirements.
• Ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from resume search, short listing, arranging telephonic interviews and personal interviews
• Work closely with Account Executive’s, shift manager.
• Hands on experience in negotiating with Vendors
• Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews
• Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.

Skills Required:

• Communication should be excellent both written and verbal.
• Should have good understanding working with different management systems.
