Job Description:

- Minimum 6 Months experience in providing the technical support.

- Knowledge and hands on experience with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7,8 , 3.Windows 10,10.1 & MAC operating systems.

- Provide Support for Windows, routers, printers etc.

- Working with customers to identify software problems and advising on the solution.

- Logging and keeping record of customer/employee queries.

- Logical thinker & Ability to deal with difficult callers.

- Quickly identify issues and resolve them based on guidelines.

- Candidate must possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

- Must possess customer handling & telephonic etiquettes.

- Sound Knowledge of computer & Internet.

- Should be able to work in night shifts (US Shifts)

- Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems.

- Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customers want to say or express.

- Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process.
