Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for performing following activities:

• Installation and maintenance of company’s VoIP software & products
• Giving customer support through online, chat, phone and email
• Server management, remote monitoring of servers in Internet data centers
• Developing technical test tools for better customer support
• Providing technical training to customers worldwide on company’s products and helping with product usage
• Documentation of all tasks 

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Experience in providing support to VoIP related products, preferably soft switches, Dialers, media gateways, etc.
• Knowledge of Linux, databases like MySQL
• Basic knowledge of networking, server management and software installations
