Job Description:

- Handling in-person support desk for delivery drivers.

- Resolving drivers issues – salary/ incentive/ application / network and other functions.

- Outcalling drivers and giving them solutions to problems.

- Closing driver tickets with proper resolution.

Skill Set Required:

- Strong communication skills – English, Hindi

- Good Excel Skills – Able to use Vlookup, Hlookup, sumif, countif, formulae, pivot table

- Good interpersonal skills. Flexibility in work timings

- Previous experience in support/ relationship center preferable.

- Multiple rounds of face to face interviews.
