Job Description:

- To ensure all enquiries and complaints (telephone, chat & e-mail) from customers are attended in a professional, efficient and responsive manner.

- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, chat and other electronic medium

- Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications.

- Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.

- Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.

- Sound grip on all the types of software’s & websites related to company offered services.

- Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
