Job Description:
-Provide L1/L2 support for all the client requests
-Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
-Help in analyzing the customer inquires, service requests, complaints and identify the trends

Desired candidate skill:
-Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS Office tools and basic database skills
-Awesome communication skills (Written and Verbal), local language knowledge is a plus
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Willingness and eagerness to work in a startup environment
