Job Description:

-Overlook the supply of Delivery boys for your city

-Coordinate with sales and operations team to plan hiring of new delivery boys

-Work with the recruitment team to organize recruitment drives. Conduct interview of prospective hires. Coordinate with the training team to conduct training and onboarding of selected candidates

-Maintain complete database of all employees in your city. Keep track of new hires, resignations, replacement hires. Coordinate with manpower agencies to complete registration of all employees.

-Plan movement of delivery boys within the city to ensure optimum utilization and availability

-Design and implement initiatives for delivery fleet engagement

Skills Required:

-Knowledge of MS-Excel is a must

-Good communication skills
