Job Description:

  • The candidate will be responsible for informing the manager of any problems or concerns faced during running software
  • The candidate will be required to maintain daily or weekly update for work which ever they performed during week
  • Installing the software at customer computers
  • Providing operational and technical support through mail/phone/computer technology
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the customers
  • Handling customer queries efficiently through phone/email and resolving all issues in the first instance.

 

Skills Required:

  • Candidate must be aware about basic networking concept
  • Candidate must need to learn software well during training period
  • Ability to explain technical concept in simple term.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
