Job Role : Software Support Services- L1-L2 / Linux Engineer

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to INR 2.5 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance during the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
-Installation and configuration of OS & CONTAQUE packages.
-To troubleshoot the L1 and L2 issues associated with the product.
-To resolve the clients queries regarding CONTAQUE Setup or CONTAQUE Components.
-Engineer will be responsible for overall setup stability and maintenance of the CONTAQUE Setup at the center.
-To provide Training to the local IT or operations team if required.
-For monitoring the CONTAQUE Setup and ensure smooth operations.
-Daily reporting about progress, non compliance.

Skills required:
-Linux knowledge - basic commands. , Experience of Linux / Unix system configuration
-Knowledge of networking concepts like LAN Troubleshooting, WAN etc,
-Knowledge of Networking Devices like switches and routes and Network Architecture.
