Job Profile: Software Support Engineer

Salary: INR 2.4 LPA - 3.0 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates' performance during the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description /Skills Set Required:

- Responsible for guiding L1 resources technically.

- Work in a 24 X 7 Environment (NOC).

- Extend technical support the Clients over email and phone.

- Must have knowledge of technical infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN/NOC)
- 24*7 working flexibility, if required.(6 days working) 
- Experience in work station administration performance and repair
- Expertise in Windows & Linux operating systems
- Administrative knowledge of networking appliances
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup tools
- Knowledge of ITIL and Change Management processes
- Must possess knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools
- Must possess excellent communication - written & verbal - in English
- Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
- Understanding of the IT project lifecycle and project co-ordination

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux servers.

- Handling many VOIP Devices (Audio Code, IP phones and ATA etc.).

- Troubleshooting related to Asterisk, Dialler, Linux at NOC

- Providing training of product to customers.

- Observing and Monitoring the Call Responses on Asterisk Server from many Gateways.

- Providing remote Asterisk support to clients.

- Planning and implementing the necessary configuration for customers.

- Troubleshooting of database and network related issues.

Note  -One-month on job training would be provided in Noida and will be posted to Hyderabad after the Traing.

- Travel Expense(Both Side), Food and accommodation facilities would be provided by the company during the training peried.
