Job Description:

-Taking calls from Dieticians & clients with respect to usage of Oolsum Platform
-Providing demo to dieticians where required
-Assessing the issues at high level and able to route the issues to respective teams in the company
-Able to reconcile reports
-Able to identify any issues with respect to settlements
-Track all issues related to production and follow-up till closure
-Work directly with the senior management and prioritizing the items

Skills Required:

-Passion towards customer support
-Good communication skills & reasonable logical skills
-Proficiency in English & Hindi
-Very good documentation skills
-Hands on experience with MS-Excel
