Job Description:

Ensure that defects and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to technician for correction. Work with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues. Maintain proper quality check to services that has been provided

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

o    The incumbent would be responsible to handle call-closings.

o    Do Call Barging; take Mock calls, Quality Reporting.

o    Call statistics and manage Caller efficiency by giving Training
