Job Description & Skills Required:

  • Maintain quality parameters of field executives.
  • Interact with Team Leads through regular field visits to maintain locality standards
  • Make sure communication reaches to field executives in the manner it should be
  • Implement process training and ensure training is completed by field executives
  • Ensure FnF of executives is recorded properly

Eligibility:

  • Graduate
  • 1-5 years of experience of handling large fleet   
  • Process oriented and timely reporting
  • Preferred will be who has experience of handling large team.
