Job Description& & skills Required:
-Direct Visit to Customers/Lead.
-Lead given by you have to go and show Demo & give meeting.(field work)
-Meticulous planning for day to activities and desired results on the same.
-Focus heavily on sourcing teams for quality lead generation and allocating available resources for efficient conversion.
-Create strong relationship with loyalty team and team as a source.
-To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of available team resources.
-Provides timely feedback to senior management/Site head regarding performance - maintains accurate records for activities conducted and meetings done
-Conduct One-to- One feedback session with closing managers & sourcing managers for each walk-in at site.
