Job Description:

Enable implementation of Butterfly Fields – Hands on learning
Programs in Schools for 1st to 10th Grades by:
- Conducting demonstrations and Training workshops to train School teachers / students on innovative Hands-On Learning Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
- With prospects, across India (75 per day for internal sales teams business associates.
- Generate new leads through active research for the potential clients; identify key persons and decision makers, making calls for prospective clients.)
- Business Development: (Making calls, sending emails to prospects & Frequent Follow Up’s,understanding and obtaining needs with identified prospects and converting them to clients.) ·
- Post Sales: Capture Sales orders in Internal systems , Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint. Daily/Weekly /Monthly Reporting.
