Job Profile: Relationship executive for contact center

Job Location: Delhi

Desired Experience:  Minimum 6 Months

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Training/Probation Period: 6 Months

Salary: INR 1.2 – 1.8 LPA (The salary depends on the skills/performance in the interview round of the candidate)

Job Description:

- Determines requirements by working with customers, inbound and outbound calls, and customer relation.

- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.

- Maintains call center database by entering information.

Skills Preferred:

- Good communication skills is must.

- Able to handle the queries of customers or clients.

- Flexible to work in night shifts also.

Interview Process:

- Multiple Face to Face Rounds

Note: Male candidate will be preferred.
