Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle beginning with understanding and analyzing the requirements of different skill set until final joining.
-Job posting and bulk mailing in different portals
-Screening resumes from various sources like searching from different job portals, internal database, responses through Job Posting, References etc.
-Responsible for management of Travel desk by cab booking, air & train ticket booking, Hotel booking & arrangement.
-Handle courier and dispatch management.
-Co-ordinate and make the necessary arrangement for the internal meeting.
-Managing & assisting basic requirement for Inventory (Stationary), Operations.
-Provide administrative support to the team.
-Preparation of MIS reports on stationary and courier.
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls 
-Aandling EPBAX system
-Take and relay messages
-Provide information to callers
-Greet persons entering organization
-Direct persons to correct destination
-Deal with queries from the public and customers
-Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
-Prepare letters and documents
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Schedule appointments
