Job Description

  Studying and analyzing customer service standards and expectations

across sectors

 Designing and execution surveys/checklist for audits

 Auditor Recruitments across age groups and profile

 Researching on new methods to train auditors

 Developing monthly strategies for clients

 Liaising with clients on regular basis, comprehending and catering to their

requirements

 Selecting auditors and allotting assignments on basis of client

requirements

 Proof reading reports for optimization

 Making insightful monthly presentations to give gist of findings

 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets

 Excellent command of the English language

consumer insights and delivering innovative solutions. You will join a

experience and drive growth.

Functional Area The role requires thorough understanding of consumer expectations
