Salary – INR 4 to INR 5.5 LPA (Only PF will be deducted) plus Annual Bonus Subject to Company’s Performance.

Position Description & Specification

• Must have 2+ years of experience with the following skills: (Less than 2 years any technical experience may be considered Subject to HRs consent)
• Passionate about bringing customer delight by helping them in support queries about our in-house built product using ticketing tool and emails.
• Interact and co-ordinate with our engineering team to get software issues and bugs resolved
• Understanding of technology, especially PHP / HTML / CSS / JavaScript is a HUGE plus.
• Experience in application level troubleshooting
• Maintain and update knowledgebase, documentation and FAQs
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills
• Is willing to work in rotating shifts (night shifts from your home - we have flexible work from home policy)
• Customer support is a religion at our company and we have high standards and expectations. Everyone in the company, including CEO, keeps customer support at first priority.
• Preferable Candidate: Product support orientation, Should be ready to join in 60 days.
