Job Description:
-Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada for Telecom BPO
-Hands on knowledge in Training, mutation and knowledge of reporting would be an added advantage/ Should be Good in Quality parameter’s
-Willing to work in rotational shifts
-Willing to work Bagepalli

Skill Set Required:
-Candidates with Good Communication skills in English and Kannada/Telugu any 1 of the Regional language are mandatory
-Preferably candidates from Domestic Inbound Telecom Process
-Preferably candidates with at-least 1 years of experience as Process Trainer or QA in paper
