Job Description:

Candidate will be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Educating your team members about various products and processes.

- Delivering high quality onboarding experience to new partner-drivers joining the Uberplatform

- Dealing with issues faced by existing partner-drivers and be able to solve those issues

- Diffuse potentially heated exchanges through a calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Providing insightful advice and friendly, hands-on support to partner-drivers in need.

- Diagnose product /platform issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy.

- Offering solutions to quickly get partners up and running again.

Skills Required:

- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.

- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.

- Ability to adhere to a schedule of partner appointments

- Strong track record of being a respected operational problem-solver

- Ability to diffuse potentially heated situations through a calmness under pressure

- Analytical and critical thinking ability

- Strong communication and organization skills

- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced organisations in a ‘customer facing’ capacity such as restaurant or retail

- Native Language spoken & written (recommended) - Hindi, English mandatory, Marathi - good to have

- Knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Word is preferable.
