About The Company: ESAF Microfinance is one of the premier microfinance institutions in India, particularly in Kerala, effectively empowering 7 lac members through 160 dedicated branches. Job Description:

-Support in developing business and expansion in existing and new territories to achieve targets.
-Ensure effective delivery of Credit & Non-credit products to achieve product specific targets.
-Verify credit worthiness & quality of loan disbursements.
-Ensure quality documentation in all SHGs.
-Monitor member loan utilization to prevent loan misuse.
-Maximize member satisfaction by providing high quality & timely service and ensuring member engagement.
-Lead by example and ensure that your team strictly adheres to EMFIL values.
-Lead by example and establish quality, timeliness & efficiency in all activities in your team.
-Reduce overhead costs to increase profitability.
-Drive self and team productivity.
-Co-ordinate networking at the field level and establish relationship with village leaders, local government officers and functionaries, institutions and NGOs to engage stakeholders in the community.
-Extensive travel required for this role. Having his/ her own two wheeler preferred.
