Tele Sales Executive

Job Description:
- Making Outbound Calls (TeleSales)
- Perform Lead Generation calls
- Use Various Leads Sources provided to generate phone sales
- Interaction with customers for new sales,renewals and courtesy calling
- Responsible for Up selling

Desired Profile:
- 1+ years of relevant telesales experience
- E-commerce, High end credit card tele-sales background preferred.

PROFILE 2: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
- Taking care of inbound calls.
- Handling customer emails.
- Ensuring proper documentation and timely follow up with internal teams and customers for issue resolution.
- Making outbound calls, as and when required.
- Timely resolution of all the concerns of the customers.

Desired Profile:
- 1+ years of relevant customer care experience.
- E-commerce background preferred.


PROFILE 3:
Sourcing Executive

Job Description :
- Ability to convince vendors to associate with our business by purchasing new vehicles.
- Potential Vendor Identification.
- Sourcing of Buses.
- Vendor Relationship Management.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Source and develop Existing Vendors referrals.
- Makes calls to existing and new vendors.
- Carry out market research and surveys.

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 12 months of Commercial Buses/Trucks/Tempo Travellers  Sales Experience in Dealerships.
- Preferably Commercial Buses Dealerships ) for various vehicle Brands like SML – ISUZU, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, Eicher, Force Motors etc.
