Job Description:
- Responsible for overall performance of Business Development Department for IT services like Web Designing, Web Development, E-commerce, Digital Marketing & dedicated resources.
- Accomplishing sales target. of Department.
- Business Development management with small, medium and large customers worldwide, with more focus on medium and large customers in developed countries.
- Handling and helping department members handle skype chats, emails, voice calls, project management tools & other client preferred communication methods.
- Proposal writing/Bidding & project management on portals like elance, upwork, Guru & other. Help on the same to Department Members.
- Managing & developing a team of 12-20 persons.
- To ensure full availability and performance 24/7.
- Ensuring desired improvement in revenue everyday, every week and every month.
- Key Account Management, Market Research, Customer loyalty & Retention.
- Provide help including technical help for Business Development.
- Record performance and increase overall productivity of Department.
- Responsible for retention in department.
- Assisting in HR Functions like interviewing & reducing attrition.
Skill Set Required:
- Should have very strong closing skills.
- Should have a technical background(IT Industry)
- Minimum 5 years of team handling of 10-20 persons experience in same filed is a must.
- A self-starter and focused on revenue generation.
- Ability for development and improvement of SOPs.
- Dedicated.
- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal both.
- Should be a winner & willing to join for long term.
