Making sense of this clutter can be an unnerving task. At RepUp we make life easier by compiling reviews into one single dashboard. Job Description:

- Act as sole point of contact between RepUp and client

- Maintain an effective communication with the client

- Build loyalty and ensure that they feel valued as clients.

- Strong understanding of client requirements

- Listen to them frequently

- Quick response to any problems

- Help in product development by being a contact between client and product team

- Efficient business processes for dealing with all aspects of the account (e.g. revenue   collection, contract management, operational specifications for collections and delivery and contact points

- be aware of any possible difficulties and deal with them before they develop

- maintain existing contracts and build new revenue and sales opportunities.

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional written and spoken communication skill- mandatory

- Some data analysis experience or background- preferred but not mandatory

- Sales/ account management exp- preferred but not mandatory

- Multiple rounds of face to face Interview
