Shift Timings: 5 PM to 12 PM (Mon-Friday), 5 days

Job Description and Skills Required:

- The candidate has to work on individual basis on junior level in Human Resource Management along with assisting Senior HR in daily recruitment along with employee management, on boarding and exist formalities.

- Responsible for end to end recruitment based on hiring strategy from the Head HR.

- Regular reconciliation of manpower from the manpower budget and filing gaps within specified timelines.

- Source candidates from portals and innovate hiring methods. Coordinate with consultants for sourcing candidates.

- Conducting aptitude test and psychological test if needed, preparing and analysing reports and forward it to department Head and HR Head for final interview.

- Skills matching as per job requirements, preliminary screening of the candidates and recommend them for the next round of interviews. Salary negotiations and closing leads within a target timeframe.

- Responsible for effectively networking by referral / reference contacts, internal employees, conducting industry research, cold calling & attending events.

- Ensure documentation on joining and cross verification. Processing complete documents for Payroll and maintain all records for audit.

- Maintain & Reports metrics on all steps in recruiting process

- Good Communication Skills
