Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Recruitment of the required number of manpower as per the requisition received in a timely and cost effective manner
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Maintain and Manage New Joiner On-boarding Processes.
- Maintain and Manage Employee Records, co-ordinate with Insurance Companies
- Maintain and Manage Vendors
- Maintain and Manage all employee requests and grievances
- Maintain and manage Employee Exit Processes
- Update Sales, Employee tools effectively.
- Develops good relations with Client, Employee and Sales Team.
- Responsible for creating Weekly/ Monthly for Various departments.
- Ensuring compliance of all processes as prescribed by the organization.
- Must possess professional business telephone communication skills, excellent Verbal, strong Listening and presentation skills with written and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess advanced Excel skills, including Pivots, Vlookup, Graphs and ability to understand and provide relevant data.
- Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform any other adhoc work assigned by the Manager, or Senior Manager Human Resources
