Job Description:
Strong Design & development concepts and Expertise on Development and Deployment of IVR Call Flows in Intervoice.
Hands on Experience/expertise on Developing and Deployment of Speech Grammars.
Hands on Experience/expertise on Installation /Configuration/Troubleshooting of Nuance ASR/TTS Solutions.
Application Development on .NET/Java and possess good scripting knowledge on Java/VB Script.
Expertise on Design and Deployment / Upgradation of IVR Solutions.
Professional Certification in Nuance / Intervoice would be an advantage.
Skills Required:
Good Technical & Functional Documentation skills using Visio/Microsoft Office.
Good Understanding of Genesys/Cisco/Avaya/HP/Asterisk Voice Solutions is an advantage.
Databases and SQL Query Development Knowledge.
Good Knowledge about Contact Centre Adjuncts ( CRM Integrations , WFM , Call Recording , Voicemail & Dialers).
Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
