IT Recruitment, Should be technologically updated Sourcing.

Have some experience into contract staffing.

Resume Screening.

Screening Through Panel/Questionnaire.

Taking care of all the interview process/round.

Documentation validation.

Salary negotiation.

Should be able to do all formalities till the candidate joins
