Job Description:
-Responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening and the successful staffing of positions.
-Experience recruiting from the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Scientific sales, Biotech, Clinical Research & development & regulatory roles.
-Networking/sourcing through social media, job boards, technical journals, publications and the internet; maintain pipeline of qualified individuals.
-Develop and collaborate on sourcing plans.
-Conduct screening interviews to identify qualified candidates; assume responsibility for initial interview and scheduling. Negotiates compensation packages with potential candidates.
-Candidate assessment and selection Following up on offers made to ensure acceptance and joining.
-Maintain reports of recruiting activity, providing updates to Recruitment management team
Skill Set Required:
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
-Ability to prioritize tasks, stay focused, and take initiative.
-Good communication skills
