Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Tenmiles, your responsibilities would include:

- Connect and engage with prospects via telephone and email
- Promptly input all qualified opportunities in the CRM
- Provide opportunities to Account Executives and educate them as necessary about the opportunity
- Research companies, generate interest, and develop accounts.
- Discover prospects needs, become a trusted resource, and develop strong relationships with them
- Successfully overcome and respond to objections
- Achieve qualified opportunity quotas
- Provide consistent feedback to ensure continuous process optimisation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BBA/B.Sc/B.Com)/ MBA preferred.
- Excellent networking skills
- A self-starter with the drive to be successful
- Success in researching prospects and planning best course of action before contact is made
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
- Positive and energetic communication and strong writing skills
