Job Description:
- Work closely with the Manager in identifying target market, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity
- Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of IT Products & Services.
- Work on marketing programs (email / calling campaigns) to increase awareness of DronaHQ Products & Services with prospects and clients
- Develop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with Managers / Field Managers
- Cold calling to prospective leads, Follow-ups to win or convert them into hot leads.
- Convert hot leads into face to face or telephonic meetings with direct sales team
- Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process
- Build a healthy funnel
- Draw potential attendees for conferences / events / seminars
- Turn opportunities into over Phone calls / emails
- Report weekly activity and log all lead related data in CRM Tool
- Weekly planning meeting with manager to identify weekly activity, target accounts, lead generation strategy and plan
- Meet pre-defined lead generation target (monthly and quarterly)
- Quality of leads generated
- Progression of leads into Closure
- Number of deal closures
- Value of business generated, new Logos and Average Deal Size
Skill Set Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Inside/Tele – Marketing/Sales to Corporate Accounts
- Consultative approach to engage the prospective customers
- Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured)
- General understanding of the market customers & competitors
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent English - verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
