Training/Probation Period: 3 – 6 Months

Salary: INR 2.81 LPA

Bond: 2 Years 
1. Cheque of 2,00,000 rupees needs to given at the time of joining towards bond value which will not be encashed.
2. The cheque towards bond value will only be kept as a security document

  • Recruiting, training and developing staff
  • Performing Employee Engagement & Team-building activities for Employees
  • Organizing Company Events
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • Organising staff training sessions and activities
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
