Job Description:-The position requires managing end to end recruitment process. Intern should be smart and have zeal to learn.Intern would be responsible for sending out birthday wishes and connect with employees. Candidate should have a pleasing personality with good communication skills. The role would cover training and performance management etc.
Skill Set Required:-
- Experience into recruitment would be preferred.
- Should take initiatives to learn.
- Managing the internal communication of the company.
- Screening the calls and managing the data, preparing weekly reports.
- Take care of the documentation of the new joiners.
- Managing the events of the office – like quarterly parties and trips.
- Should have knowledge of MS Office.
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills is a must.
