Job Description & Skill Set Required :
-Keeping track of daily attendance and updating attendance tracker
-Keeping track of daily time keeping of employees and generating monthly time keeping report
-Preparing and sending daily attendance report to Managers
-Preparing and sending monthly attendance report for individual employees
-Generating monthly HR attendance and time keeping report for Management review
-Conducting Employee feedback surveys and generate reports
-Maintaining and updating overall employee database for HR reference
-Tracking and coordinating with the trainees and trainers for conducting training sessions
-Coordinate and arrange for logistic support for workshops and company events
-Coordinating and arranging for with onsite employee travel arrangements, documentation and reimbursement claims
-Will represent HR Help Desk for addressing and escalating employees concerns and issues.
-Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel. MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
-Good English verbal and written communication
-Interpersonal skills
