Job Description:

- Work with the HR Manager to enhance the quality and efficiency of the overall recruiting function and contribute to the need for a continuous flow of qualified applicants

- Sourcing candidates for various critical roles, using tools and social networks such as LinkedIn, Search Engines, Job Boards ,Cold Calling, networking, etc.

- Assisting in reviewing and pre-screening resumes

- Managing initial outreach to candidates

- Scheduling candidate interviews.

- Assisting in reviewing and pre-screening resumes

- Scheduling candidate interviews and office visits

- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager

- Carry out other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.

- IT Recruitment experience is mandatory.

Skills Required:

- Desire/Passion for Human Resources and Recruiting.

- Ability to do focused research and creatively use the internet and other resources to find and attract talent.

- Ability to learn quickly and flexibility to adapt to changing needs and urgent projects.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

- Extremely detail-oriented and able to work well independently.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and e-mail.
