Job Description:
- We’re looking for a HR coordinator in Gurgaon to support our employee population in North Region, someone who is passionate about finding ways to best support our growing Uber family.
- The HR coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting employees and managers with their HR needs and implementing HR processes and programs within their region or function. By being the frontline for employees and managers, you will identify trends and manage these appropriately by additional education, updating content and supporting in offshoring more transactional work to our HR shared services team.
- You will handle employee relations cases (disciplinary e.g. misconduct, attendance issues) and coach manage in performance management.
Skils Required:
- Atleast 1 year of prior experience in an HR/ HR operations role in an international environment
- Experience with being the front face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organization
- Experience with coaching and others, and with Employee Relations
- Understanding practices and experience in regional capacity is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are key attributes in this role
