Job Description:

-Responsible for all liaison and coordination with customers after primary sales (GIT and FIT Bookings)

-Establish rapport with customer through appropriate media (calls/emails)

-Drive value-add and ancillary sales through personalisation

-Follow-up for documents for visa processing

-Collect payment from customer as per company policy

-Action amendments in itinerary if and as required (FIT + GIT Bookings)

-Coordinating with other internal teams to ensure efficient and timely action as per Service Level Agreements

-Drive customer engagement through entire ‘post-sales to departure’ journey using appropriate media (calls/emails/sms)

-Handover all pre-departure documentation to customers

-Processing refund on time (for cancelled bookings)

-Be an expert on our products, procedures, International destinations and use that knowledge to offer relevant value-adds to enhance customer experience

-Resolve any post-sales customer issues to a high level of customer satisfaction to create customers for life
