Job Description:

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Should able to understand client needs and requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with key executives, HR Head and decision makers.

- Provide pricing, proposals to client over the phone and through email.

- Route qualified opportunities to Sales Managers for further development and closure.

- Should attain quarterly targets and annual quota.

- Should responsible for timely signup of agreements.

- Keep in-house database updated for their regions / opportunities.

Skills required:

- Good Communication Skills both written and verbal.
