Job Description and Skill Set Required:   
ƒ- Installation and maintenance of Internet equipment, including routers/switches/servers/network cabling.
ƒ- Installation and maintenance of DSL equipment.
ƒ- Responsible for troubleshooting and programming for customers.
ƒ- Responsible for technical troubleshooting and programming.
ƒ- Responsible for troubleshooting and programming for subscriber carriers.
ƒ- Tier 2 support for field network technicians.
ƒ- Work with supervisor on special projects as the need arises.
ƒ- Consistently comply with CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) rules.
