Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Candidate need to manage customer accounts of e-genie
- Handling return and dispute cases
- Managing orders for customer
- Keeping customer update with account
- Solving customer queries
- Communication with customer and market places
- Knowledge of Web, e-commerce domain
- Good Communication and writing skills, dealing customer queries and communicating with e-commerce sites like Flipkart. Managing customer accounts
