Job Description:
-Oversee and develop strong client relationship in order to grow business opportunities
-Ensure smooth adoption at the client venues for a successful trial
-Work with clients to move through different stages viz. Early adoption, first value, champion clients
-Monitor and analyse the usage by clients to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the product team
-Work with the Business Development team to better predict the customer lifecycle
-Track and resolve product & technical issues of the client
