- Should be open to work in 1St and 2nd Shift environments.
- You can take handle customer, and love serving with a smile.
- You have good oral/written communication skills
- You are innately curious, and take time out to keep up with industry trends
- Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
- Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their business and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
- Thorough knowledge of internet.
- Superior closing skills.
- Basic knowledge about internet and online advertisement.
- Continued product education to better service customer calls
