Job Description:

This position involves high customer interaction as our executives would be the first point of contact for all customers calling on our number. Key responsibility areas would
include taking customer orders via phone, input food orders and up-sell food by making well informed and making relevant suggestions. The suggestions are established around our
interactive intelligence technology and CRM.

- Answers calls professionally and accurately take orders by means of phone, ensure that customer information is clearly maintained.
- Input customer orders in the database. Forward all customer requests precisely
- Elaborately describe menu information. Make knowledgeable, informed and articulate recommendations and suggestions regarding all menu items. Inform customers about approximate time frame for preparation, delivery etc.
