Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails/ chats
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Route calls to appropriate resources, Identify and escalate issues to supervisors,
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs and reports & Other duties as assigned

Skill Set Required:
- Graduate, Postgraduate or equivalent
- Excellent data entry and typing skills - 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Language capabilities – Excellent communication over English & Hindi (Written & Verbal) – one additional regional Language (Verbal): Tamil/ Telugu/ Kannada/ Malayalam/Bengali/Marathi - Not mandatory language

Note:
- The candidates should have below facility arranged as it will be on Work from Home Model for the first 1 OR 2 MONTHS till the COVID situation is under control and later should be ready to get back to office
- Log in timing: 9am to 9pm(to be logged in for 9.5hrs)
- Laptop / desktop Confg: (Windows 10 + Office packages ) + - UPS availability
- Internet speed ( Min 5 MBPS) - - Broad band / Dongle
