  1. Fresher – Rs 500 Per Day
  2. Up to 1 year of full time relevant experience – Rs 600 Per Day
  3. More than 1 year of experience – Rs 700 Per Day

Note: This is a Part Time Job on per day basis. Candidates would be called when required.

Bond: 3 Months Agreement

Job Description-

  • To be the first point of contact for all customer related enquires
  • Research on required information using available resources/applications
  • Provide customers with information & resolution requested over the e-mails.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

Skills Required-

  • Proficient in English Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (Both Voice & E Mails related)
  • Good Computer (MS office) and keyboard handling skills
  • Understanding of Contact Centre processes, reporting, MIS etc.
