*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

TASK# 1 : Web form response handling (all EMEAI countries)  : av. 2500 responses per month

Siebel updates required :-

i. fulfilment of literature requests

ii. creating & assigning accounts

iii. adding contacts to accounts

iv. creating & assigning Service Requests

v. creating & assigning MQLs

SLA : TAT of 2 work days from web response creation

 

TASK# 2 : IQ error management  :  av. 20 records per day

Siebel updates required :-

i. check IQ staging tables for errors

ii. correct error and re-trigger record to pass it to Siebel

SLA : TAT of 1 work day from error detection

 

Skill Set Required

Qualification – BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electronics

Experience – 1+ Year in backend, CRM or SAP or Microsoft  Dynamic

Location & Working Days – Okhla & 5 Days Working

Timings – 9.30 to 6.30
