Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end customer interactions.
- Manage Live-Chats.
- Constantly update, track and report progress.
- Find local service providers & professionals across categories (like doctors, architects, interior designers, event managers, grocers, etc.) in a given area.
- Review service providers (vendors) past work; classify and rate them.
Skill Set Required:
- Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation capabilities
- Good communication skills (written & spoken)
